Niels Putman
Niels Putman is the artistic director of Kortfilm.be and chief editor of Talking Shorts. As a freelance film programmer and curator, he is affiliated with Fantoche International Animation Film Festival (CH), Film Fest Gent (BE), and Avila (BE), a streaming platform for contemporary and classic Belgian cinema.
