Paulo Menezes

Paulo Menezes is a Brazilian filmmaker currently studying directing at the DFFB. He has worked on various documentaries for the BBC and Al Jazeera in the UK. His films Lolo (2019), Pommes Paradies (2020) and It Is Not the Brazilian Homosexuals Who Are Perverse, But the Situation in Which They Live (2021) all screened at festivals worldwide. His 2023 short film Paradise Europe premiered at the 73rd Locarno Film Festival.
