European Workshop for Film Criticism #2
The second European Workshop for Film Criticism took place at Lago Film Fest (24—29.07.23) and FeKK – Ljubljana Short Film Festival (14—20.08.23).
The workshop was tutored by Leonardo Goi, film critic and columnist at MUBI Notebook and regular contributor to Reverse Shot, Senses of Cinema, The Film Stage, and Film Comment. He also runs the Berlinale Talent Press, a platform for emerging film critics, and the Golden Apricot International Film Festival’s Young Critics campus.
Guest lecturers and speakers included Variety-critic Jay Weissberg, film programmer Michelle Carey, and video essayist Jessica McGoff.
